About Us

In 2022, I founded Rivers Services Home Care in order to simplify the process of finding and having direct access to reliable, professional independent carers.

With a strong desire to offer focused and personalised care services, I worked in various care facilities, ranging from adult and young adult supported living, care homes, and very fast paced hourly domiciliary care calls. I also had the opportunity to work in private residential live-in care, where I could give my undivided attention to one individual at a time.

The one thing that was consistent, was the fact that carers were highly underpaid, and clients did not really have a say in who was sent to care for them. 

This amongst other issues, motivated me to create this introduction platform.

In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for care provision at home, instead of the traditional care home or residential care options, especially for the elderly.

This in itself, can be a very stressful and somewhat scary journey, in finding a kind, experienced and trustworthy carer for one's self or a loved one.

This amongst other issues, motivated me to create Rivers Services Home Care.
